The location was great one minute or two from the main beach, the supermarket and bus station. The receptionist were very helpfull and the rooms were good. A/c worked perfectly . Breakfast is really good and well worth it with a large variety of cold and hot foods. We also decided to dine at the Hotel's restaurant which had great food and quality service.

The corridors can get a little loud in the early mornings and we were woken once or twice by the noise. But other than taht the hotle was great.

Room was quite comfortable and clean, 100m from the beach.

Extremely noisy at night, hotel staff very unhelpful and rude, night clerk spoke only Russian and few bits of Spanish. Wifi not working (signal too weak, could not get an ip address) in the room. Air conditioner very noisy, opening the door not an option because of street noise. No parking, just a few spots that fill up very quickly. Breakfast buffet closes at 10:30, and I mean closes, the staff starts clearing the items at 10:15, we had to fight with them to grab something to eat at 10:20. They also turn off the coffee and juice machines around 10:20.

Perfect location, rooms also good.

Hotel staff are not friendly.
